Parents must submit self-attested copies of the following at the time of
admission:

Birth Certificate: Issued by the Municipal Corporation or Gram
Panchayat.

Aadhar Card: Copy of the student's Aadhar (and parents' Aadhar).

Photographs: 4 recent passport-sized color photographs of the student and 2 of each parent.

Transfer Certificate (TC): Mandatory for Class 2 and above, issued by a recognized school and
countersigned by the appropriate authority.

Report Card: Previous year’s marksheet for Class 2 onwards.

Category Certificate: SC/ST/OBC certificate (if applicable) for government record purposes.

Confirmation: Admission is confirmed only after the verification of documents and payment of the
admission fee.
Cancellation & Withdrawal
The admission fee is non-refundable.
If a student wishes to withdraw mid-session, one month’s notice must be provided, and all dues
must be cleared before a Transfer Certificate (TC) is issued.
